Returns & Exchange

 

At Chow Bella, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy below:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that show signs of use or damage.

Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we won't be able to process your request. 

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@chowbella.co. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds: If you're returning an item, once it's received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process mentioned above and indicate the desired replacement item. We'll process your exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will be required to pay return postage for an item unless it arrives faulty or damaged in which case you will be required to send photographic evidence. 

Shipping Costs: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and exchanges at standard shipping rate.
